A Scottishmaninavan Event
What if just one day could reset your entire outlook?
This is not a retreat. It’s not a bootcamp. It’s a one-day adventure for real humans craving something a wee bit different.
During April, May & June, I’ll be taking you across the ferry to the Isle of Arran for an unforgettable day - one of Scotland’s most breathtaking and spiritually grounding landscapes. Together, we’ll walk into the heart of Glen Rosa, where the trail opens up to mountains, ridgelines, and wild beauty.
At the centre of the Glen lies the legendary Blue Pool — a natural cold-water plunge spot. Whether you're ready to dip or simply witness something raw and life-affirming, I’ll be there to support you every step of the way.
We’ll finish with a hot brew and proper chat before heading back to the mainland on the ferry — grounded, connected, and changed in ways that really matter.
If you're ready to add some more adventure to your life, it starts here.
It's your time now. Life’s for living!
WHAT'S INCLUDED?

WHO IS THIS FOR?
This day is for anyone craving connection — to yourself, nature, and other like-minded souls.
You don’t need to be ultra-fit or outdoorsy. You just need a bit of courage and a willingness to say “yes” to something new.
